Returns

At Trails and Lakes, your returns are processed FREE, if you receive an incorrect or defective product due to an error on our part. We'll cover the return shipping cost. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Returned products must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags.

Damages
